Jason Aldean Honors Late Friend With Ten Years Of Concerts For The Cure

As your annual benefit breast cancer hits the target decade, the singer also donate a portion of ticket sales throughout his tour to the cause

Jason Aldean announces its tenth annual concert for the Cure benefit of the causes of breast cancer.



Melissa Morstad was only 29 when he died of breast cancer, leaving three little daughters behind. It was a defeat that shook country superstar Jason hard Aldean and realized his celebrity status could carry much weight to raise awareness - and a lot of money - to combat the devastating disease that took the life of his friend.

The singer held its first concert for the Cure to honor Morstad and other victims in 2006, with the help of his then-wife, Jessica, who was very close to his late friend and kinsman of her widower. Every year since then, the camp Aldean has designated a stop on the tour schedule of the singer as a show to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation, which funds research and support for those facing breast cancer. Also donate a portion of ticket sales throughout the excursion to the local Komen programs designated city.

The show this year is scheduled for October 24 at Coral Sky Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Florida. Aldean has set a new tradition for the tenth anniversary: The honor two survivors of breast cancer in all cities in its 2015 Burn It down Tour chosen from submissions sent to ww5.komen.org/jasonAldean.aspx. "We're always looking for ways to raise more money for Komen, but is also very important for me to take time to support people at all stages of the fight against this disease," says the musician. "This year, we will make sure we take the time each night to highlight and celebrate a couple of fans who have won the fight and hopefully beat our record with a huge check for Komen this fall."

The check of the show in Detroit last year was more than $ 660,000. Other cities Cure have included Dallas, Nashville and New Orleans.

2015 Aldean Burn It Down tour began last weekend, with Tyler Farr and Cole Swindell also on the bill. The walk will merge with Kenny Chesney tour of the Great Awakening ten sets shows this spring and summer.

Family and friends, including his fellow country star Luke Bryan, who collaborated with Aldean and singer Eric Church on "The only way I know," entertained the bride and groom-to-be in the luxe Citizen Club, a place exclusively for the elite of Nashville.

Upon arrival at the secret location, guests received champagne and a special welcome from the "Burnin 'It Down" singer, 37, and his future wife, who is set to marry later this year. Aldean looked the part with a black suit and white shirt, while Kerr turned his head with a white dress accounts.

Among the approximately 100 attendees Aldean's mother, Debbie Wood, his stepmother, Vivian Williams, and her sister, Kasi Morstad were. Kerr's family, including mom and grandmother Debi Kerr Louvada Barbee, were also on hand to toast the lovebirds.

The elegant party had several personal touches, including a photo booth and custom design a logo with the initials of the couple established between a pair of antlers. The centerpiece was a cake of six levels, ground-target located on a pedestal surrounded by candles.



The celebrations continued well into the night, with partygoer’s dinner and dancing until the early hours of Sunday.

Jason Aldean and rapper Ludacris enjoyed so successfully collaborate on Jason's hit song "Dirt Road Anthem" they decided to have another go at it ... but this time on the new album Burning Bridges Ludacris.



One thing to have a rapper in a country song, but country singer in a rap song could equate to a hot mess. And while the new album combines a variety of sounds, the sound crossing country that is attracting high praise.

The title song, "Burning Bridges", which features Jason is said to be intended as "radio" or "cross", ie while the real fans of rap and country can be subservient to the idea that, when the rap-meets-a country track hits the Billboard Top 100, the inclined lyricists comedy laughs all the way to the bank.

Jason Aldean has finally made an honest woman of Brittany Kerr? With new reports that the country singer and her lover once have tied the knot, the representative of Kerr spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com to make things clear.

"Jason and Brittany are not married," the representative said.

Rumors began earlier this week, when a local radio station in Nashville Aldean said Kerr and had secretly made official during a trip to the Dominican Republic for a friend's wedding earlier this month.



"They did not get married in the Dominican Republic," the representative said. "They do not last weekend got married. The reports are wrong".

Aldean and Kerr are engaged last September after a difficult start. They were caught kissing in 2012 when Aldean was still married then-wife Jessica Ussery.

The last two singles creators of the genre most profitable successes are now top ten songs on the country format.



Jason Aldean "Just Getting Started" and Blake Shelton "Lonely Tonight (with Ashley Monroe)" up to # 9 and # 10 positions, respectively, in the official letter Mediabase Airplay country.
